Somebody has to build the recruiting platform. It doesn't have to be you.

Recruiter Machine franchise partners sell and implement a recruiting operating system that already exists — in a territory nobody else can work.

  • Recruiting CRM

What you'd be selling

Employers lose candidates in the gaps — the hours between application and first contact, the no-show interview nobody chased, the new hire who quit in week three. Recruiter Machine closes those gaps automatically, and shows the employer exactly where they were losing people.

Recruiting CRMEvery candidate, every stage, every touch in one place.
Applicant pipelinesSourcing through screening, interview, offer, onboarding.
Speed-to-contact automationSMS, email, and call sequences that fire in minutes.

Who this works for

This is a business-to-business sales and implementation business. If that sentence doesn't appeal to you, the rest of this page won't either.

A good fit

  • You've sold something to a business owner and enjoyed it
  • You come from recruiting, staffing, HR tech, or agency work
  • You want to own the customer relationship, not earn a referral fee
  • You're comfortable being the face of the business in your market
  • You can fund the investment without borrowing against the house
  • You want a system to run, not a system to invent

Not a fit

  • You want passive income or a business someone else operates
  • You'd rather build your own software and own the IP
  • You're looking for leads handed to you rather than a market to work
  • You want to set your own brand, pricing, and product roadmap
  • You need the business to replace your income inside 90 days
  • You'd resent operating inside somebody else's standards

What we ask in return

Take validation calls from future candidates and let us document what you build.

How this actually goes

Franchise sales processes are usually designed to move you along. This one is designed to find out early whether it's wrong for you.

  1. A phone call

Thirty minutes. What you've done, what you're looking for, and what territories look like where you are. If it's not a fit, we'll say so on this call rather than book you a second one.

  2. See the platform run

A working demo of what you'd be selling, using real recruiting workflows rather than a slide deck. Bring someone technical if you want to.

  3. Territory and disclosure

We map the territory you're considering and issue the Franchise Disclosure Document. Federal law gives you at least fourteen days with it before anything is signed or paid. Use them, and have your own attorney read it.

  4. Talk to whoever you want

Existing partners, our build team, our support team. We'll give you the contacts and stay out of the conversation.

  5. Sign, train, launch

Certification through Recruiter Machine University, your environment deployed by our build team, and your first outreach campaigns live.

Questions people actually ask

How much money will I make?

We won't answer that, and you should be suspicious of any franchisor who does on a first call.

Federal law only permits a franchisor to make financial performance claims if those claims are substantiated and disclosed in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document. Anyone showing you income projections outside that document is breaking the rule that exists to protect you.

What we will do is walk you through the fee structure, the cost of delivering each plan, and what the work actually involves, so you can build your own model. Bring it to your accountant, not to us.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Our build team performs the technical deployment and configuration for every one of your clients — that's deliberate, because the platform only stays reliable if it's built the same way every time.

Your job is selling, onboarding, coaching, and owning the client relationship. If you'd rather bring technical work in-house later, there's a certification path for that.

Do I need a recruiting background?

It helps considerably, but sales ability matters more. The strongest candidates tend to be people who have sold to business owners before — recruiters, staffing professionals, agency owners, and B2B salespeople moving into ownership.

Recruiting knowledge can be taught through certification. The willingness to make the twentieth cold call of the day cannot.

What does a protected territory actually protect?

No other Recruiter Machine partner may solicit businesses inside your territory, and inbound enquiries from your territory route to you rather than to whoever answers first. That routing is written into the franchise agreement, not just promised on a sales call.

Territories are sized by the number of employers in them rather than by geography, so a dense metro and a wide rural region can be comparable opportunities. Clients are assigned by where the employer is headquartered.

Can I do this alongside my current job?

Not well. This is a full-time sales and account-management business, particularly in the first year when you're building from zero clients. Partners who treat it as a side project tend to stall before they reach a workable client base.

What happens if it doesn't work out?

The franchise agreement covers transfer, renewal, and termination in detail, and you'll have it in hand for at least fourteen days before signing. Franchises can be sold, subject to our approval and a transfer fee, and we hold a right of first refusal.

This is a genuine business investment with genuine risk of loss. Read the disclosure document with an attorney who does franchise work.

Why franchise instead of just hiring salespeople?

Because the thing that limits how fast Recruiter Machine can grow isn't software, it's people who can sell recruiting systems and coach the clients who buy them. Owners do that better than employees, and they do it in markets we'd never reach from one office.

Find out whether your territory is open

One call, thirty minutes, by phone. We'll map what a territory looks like where you are and tell you plainly whether this is a fit.

Ten founding territories available. No obligation, no follow-up sequence.
